CASE KNIFE DISPLAY... ERA?

Hello everyone. I recently aquired this Case knife display and was wondering if anyone knows the era of knives it would have been used to display. It doesn't have a lot of storage room and it has the screwed down top. How were the knives anchored down or were they? Any info greatly appreciated...

Ummm Nope Juniperberries, I believe the peanut has 2 blades...

I have never seen one like that; but based on the logo it is not antique, my guess is 1990 to the present day. You might try contacting Case about it. I don't think it was a retail store display case (I could be wrong), but more likely made to house a specific limited run set.

Let me get back with you on that pigsticker as you can see I haven't even had the time to clean the mouse turds out BUT if you have a good monitor and can figure out the size of an average mouse turd with plenty of diligence you could scale it up from the pics provided just let me know if you need any other angles let me know how far into the specs you need to go and at a later date I will break out the tape and give you exact measurements I can take more pics too

Steve, thanks for chiming in. I didn't think it was for a store counter either. but looks like if for a set they would be displayed in closed position or they are all small knives based on where the ledges are that they set upon.
