JB, wish I could Bomb everyone on AAPK.....for me, it's part of the 'knifing' disease, got a list of several folks I hope to blast yet this year. Not sure when the next one will be, whenever the mood strikes me I guess. ::nod::

No Mr. Rick, I got it. Was bombed today by the Colonel (Old Hunter). He sent a Victorinox SAK that's never been used. I guess you'd call it one of the basic models since I don't know squat about SAKs except I'm thrilled to death with this one. The big deal for me is it has an orange peeler blade. I eat a lot of oranges, from the time they come into season in January until the time they go out in May or June. Love 'em and buy 'em by the 8 lb sack. Thank you Colonel. You couldn't have picked a better one. Now I have to shut up and get to the grocery store because I ran out of oranges on Thursday and I NEED more.

thats an EXECUTIVE jerry.....

kinda special to VIC due to only knife with several things....
this style file
its overall size
orange peeler TYPE....like file others has this tool but NOT LIKE THE ONES ON THIS UNIT
main blade size......

i love this pattern.. ::ds:: ...the nail file is best they make.......works so good,try it :mrgreen:

i have like 4 through out my house layin round::nod::

Thanks for the info Josh. I know very little about the SAKs and would have been guessing until the cows come home.

It's a great little knife T.J. I've only had it a few hours and already I highly recommend it.

I too got bombed on Saturday by Old Hunter. He sent me this sweet little Ulster USA advertising knife from days gone by. I just can't figure out why he would send such a sweet little faux pearl peanut to me. :wink:

I sure was pleased to open up the package and find this little bomb. It's got a permanent home here. I'm very grateful for the thoughtfulness and generosity that accompanied this bomb. Thank you Bruce! ::handshake::

BTW Colonel. Totally off topic. My niece's Air Force enlistment was just up and she re-enlisted in the Air National Guard (full time, not reserve). Following in the footsteps of her paternal grandfather.
