lookingfor some info on ric-nor. I picked up a hawkbill the other day with this stamp. I'm looking for origin, dates, and any information ya'll might be able to dig up for me

RIC-NOR wasn't owned by Providence Cutlery. It seems to have been some sort of electrical supply house in Boston. Providence Cutlery was apparently contracted to make knives for them. Thats why the knives are marked Boston despite the fact that Providence Cutlery is in RI.all i can find is they were owned by prov. cutlery. out of boston.
