I suppose it is NY Knife before 31, probably in mid 20's. Any definitive wags would be appreciated.Pretty good uncleaned condition for a senior citizen. It use to be homeless.

This is yet another example of a relatively unused knife that left the factory with a poor tang stamp, as I explained on another thread in this forum
