inherited knives unknown makers

hello guys i recently inherited these 2 knives from my uncle, and was wandering what brand they might be, style etcc thanks , the small knife has usa on it, the other has no markings on it

Mike;the first one is a souvenir knife likely made by Colonial Knife Co in Providence RI. I have a bunch of them with various ads for places people visit.They usually came in a miniature sheath(see pics).
The second one looks to be a home made knife commonly referred to as a "theatre" knife.During WWII a lot of GIs would make these from scrap pieces of steel and the handles were usually layered pieces of Plexiglass from broken aircraft canopies.They did this to pass the time between battles.I don't know if yours is that old.I don't think it is WWII era only because the bolsters & pommel look to be cast of aluminum and ability to do that wasn't readily available to GIs.
