Hello, new to the forum. Just acquired this one today and seeking info on rarity, value, collectibility, etc. Overall it is 5-7/8" blade is 2-1/2". Any help from the experts greatly appreciated. Thanks, 3dahlia.

Probably a bargain ??? Knife books for $800 in ""mint,unused,new, condition""" __which results in about $400-$500 mint street value__ condition of knife and working condition of components, determines actual value (rust,pitting,blade loss ect.) ????

Knife was made by the George Schrade "presto" knife co. for Case, prior to 1956.
