Agree.

The jigging on the bone does superficially resemble authentic old Winchester jigging in that the jigs form an elongated "X" pattern, something you do see on authentic old Winchesters. However, the jigging on this knife, even with the superficial resemblance, is a dead giveaway that the knife is not correct. A picture of an authentic Winchester with this jigging would make it instantly apparent. You can almost see it in the catalog cut the seller provided. The authentic Winchester jigging is angled toward the center of the knife but the jigging doesn't cross to form the "X"'s

After a bit more extensive search I was able to find this example of the style of Winchester jigging that I had in mind. Notice that the jigs angle from the outside edges of the knife in toward the center as on the subject knife, however, the jigs do not cross to form "X"'s but rather meet in the middle:
