Not a manufacture. Many knives were not made by the name on the tang stamp. This was a retailer that had their name stamped on the knives. Very common in the Phili area due to it being a business hub. Nice example that I like for my own collection. Congrats. From the design and construction I am fairly certain it was made by one of hundreds of cutlery shops of Germany. Look at the bolsters it is a dead give away
