I need to see a pommel for a WWII era KA-BAR with the threaded tang, on and off the knife and compared to a modern one if possible. I heard they were much thinner than the ones you see today. I have one I'm restoring and want to make it as close to correct as I can. Handle pics with proper spacers would be nice too. Were early production KA-BARs for the marines usually parked or blued?
