Most GEC knives i own came with great grinds and very consistent edges but always needed just a little work... Which i dont mind. However, my sawcut amber bone sawyer barlow came with a HAIR POPPING, razor sharp edge. I dont know if a different person than usual did the sharpening but this thing will push cut s shapes and swirls through a piece of paper.
