Maybe I am wrong but I don't like the tang stamps & I don't think I have ever seen a vintage Schatt & Morgan with Winter Bottom Bone...

RUN, run as fast as you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing is right about that knife.

If you read it correctly it is screaming out for the truth.

Handle, finish, stamps, style shall I go on?

I think my grandchildren could have produced a better tang stamp then those. ::barf::

the shaved tangs was a red flag for me
