My newest fixed blade.........

Found this at a resale shop in Jackson the other day.Looks to be a diver's knife minus the sheath.The only markings are,"440 Stainless Steel" stamped into the tang.Blade is hollow ground with a line cutter near the tang and a serrated scaler on the spine.Handle is blue colored synthetic(Zytel or G-10?).The fit and finish remind me a lot of a Blackie Collins dive knife he designed for Wenoka awhile back.Anyone have an idea who may have made it? Price was right($5).
