Up and at 'em. Only one week left until the fat man in red does the impossible. Things to do, places to go, people to see. Come on people. Chop, chop. Get a move on.

Mornin' yall.

Work today, then the rest of the week (off and on) will be spent up at the lake with my wife, dog and new (to me ) boat, for some r&r. Hopefully a boat full of spotted, striped and hybrid bass is in my near future, either way it'll be a blast ::super_happy::

Mornin' guys. I made a post earlier but can't find now so guess I hit the wrong button. I had a decent show yesterday, especially for a Sunday. Slept in a little and still feel groggy.
My best to you all today. ::tu:: ::tu::

morning to everyone.
its raining here in ne pa. very unseasonal again. just like last year. i think we had a total of 6 inches of snow all year and maybe a few 20 degree days. the weather pattern has me worried, going to be low 50's all week. this ecology system needs wintertime freezing temps and snow. most of the plants and hardwood trees are getting their budding seasons messed up. bears don't have a clue about hibernation time. also, the voracious ticks are loving it. not nice at all ::td::

HEAR YE, HEAR YE!!
Just a heads up guys! It turns out Christmas is actually NEXT week, NOT the week after next like most of us thought! I assume that, like me, you guys all thought you still had plenty of time to get ready, BUT YOU DON'T!!
No need to panic though, you've still got a couple days left. It's a good thing I posted this when I did. no need to thank me. ::tu::

Mornin' Fellers,
I've got most of my Christmas shopping done already, so I have to finish up a couple knives.

Rainy, foggy, and cool this morning. Birds wouldn't decoy, would just appear out of the fog - quick shooting! Got a couple, heading back out now.

Mornin' all. They're predicting snow here for Thursday. I guess it had to happen sooner or later. For the past decade, we seldom get through December without any.

Hah! You two think you want snow but you don't really. Trust me when I say, you really just want to visit it. If I were a wealthy man, I'd send each of you a plane ticket to someplace that was socked in up to their butt. When the driving in it, tracking it into the house and the shoveling part sunk in, you'd get sick of that crap in a hurry. ::huff::

What you really want is just to look out the window at "the pretty snow".

scott, i was in fla one time, after my stint with the marines. i was roaming the country to see where i could find a place to call my home. i almost got a job at the shipyards in fla, but i just couldn't take that excessive heat and bugs. also reverse discrimination there. that was the first and last time in that state. almost settled in fort collins colo. but the '72 agnes flood in my hometown made the front pages out there so i ventured back here to help out and never left........i just couldn't find another place i liked better.
btw, i went back to fort collins for the first time in 2004 on a crosscountry bike trip, 33 yrs since i was there, and the center of town was actually 15 miles down the road from where it used to be.
i'm glad i got out of there ::tu::

jerry,, i need a coupa of does docs ::groove:: ::woot:: ::sotb::
