Can someone help me to identify this knife?

My dad gave me this pocket knife that he found in a box of his father's stuff. It's not in awful shape, but it's a bit rough. It has a wooden handle, brass pins.

Any ideas on it's origin? I don't mind doing the research, but I'd appreciate a point in the right direction.

Here is a full view.


On the main blade, there is what looks like 3 clover leaves/hearts in a semi-circle


On the tiny screwdriver/blade, there is some writing, but I can't make it out beyond "ENGEL SW"


And on the awl/file blade, there is some additional writing, but it's very obscured

Put a little WD-40 on those rusty spots and hit 'er with some steel wool and you should be able to read the rest, but based on what
you've posted I found a company called; ENGLESWERK in my Official Price Guide to Collector's Knives.

Date is from 1909 to 1943 according to this publication....

Also, that looks like Solingen may be stamped on the third line of the tang stamp.
Must have been imported from Germany

This, from GOIN's:
ENGELSWERK F.W. ENGLES SOLINGEN FOCHE
This firm was owned by Emil Engels, located at 379 Broome St., New York City. They imported all types of cutlery.

To me the handle looks like horn in the 3rd pic.
I have a Henckels that is very similar to that knife.
