8) Just got one of these SOG Slim Jim XL's in the mail this week and it's a Great all around carry. It's so thin and light you don't even notice it in your pocket and yet it has a wicked 4 inch razor sharp blade. It's an AO with a safety so it doesn't go off in your pocket by accident! ::uc::

Perfectly alright Jerry. Glenn does good work don't he? That one of yours is a real looker. But it's desperately crying out, pleading, begging to cut something, to be carried and loved. Come on Jerry don't neglect that poor knife. Show it some love! Have you no heart?

Thank you, but I stole the idea elsewhere.
When I wake up and get dressed (in this case shorts and a tee) I look at my knife lineup...
This Grand Old beat up Eagle 4" jack got the nod.

Opinel #10 drop point.

Same size as my Buck 110. Fraction of the weight. Easy to pocket carry. Better blade for day to day stuff. Tough as nails.

And while I am seriously desiring a 76 Jack, I think a knife like this with a Pen blade in the same place as the awl might just be the shizzle! I have seen that combo with Ebony covers too!

I've carried this one for the past three days, it is wonderfully flat for a 4" pocketknife - Camillus did a terrific job for Buck in nesting the two blades in a narrow blade well to make it so thin. OH

Nice GECs, Mike and Dave....and I like that Buck, OH.

I have been carrying this Case Standard knife stockman for a while. I like the way Case's SS takes an edge and it seems to hold it for a long time. I also like the jigging and color of the handles on this one (notice the pin crack, though :x )

I also carry this old beat up Schrade 863 with a shortened (broken) and re-profiled master clip blade.

Appearing in my pocket for the first time today! Both are a Christmas present from a great friend and all around awesome guy. RFP, a Case slim line 4 dot trapper from my birth year, 1976! Second a knife I've lusted after for a long time, Schatt & Morgan Railsplitter.

I'm feeling extravagant today.
