Ya that's what I've been doin off and on for a year now I'm always broke when a decent one shows up--this one is far from decent needs two wheels replaced and I ain't seein a way to adust the belt to track straight--I'll mess with it some this week gonn try to patch those wheels up till I find replacments--i've seen the wheels on Ebay seems they was kinda pricey thow

Do the wheels need replaced, or just the tires on the wheels?

Nice catch, either way!

Well think I might get by with the 3 1/2"er but the 2 1/2" has a crack threw it--anybody know of a place to source these things? I haven't had any luck finding anything--found one place but they don't sell to the general public--there's a guy on Ebay that has them but it's pretty pricey $40.00 plus shipping for a 3 1/2 & a 2 1/2 he also has Idler arms for another $40.00 which this one is missing--Thinking I'll just keep searchin for a decent one that doesn't need nothing if I don't find something soon

Pig, I don't know if these folks are online or not but try:

McMaster - Carr (there catalog is about 4" thick) or Granger.
