Do you know Hubertus?

Hello everyone, I came across this Hubertus fixed blade and I can't seem to find a picture with google search to Identify the Pattern, model ,style in other words, Do any of you guys know what this knife is called ??? Many thanks ......... DJ .......... oh yeah..... you may need to stand on your head to get a proper view

Hubertus doesn't make a whole lot of fixed blades that I know of but that one looks to be very well made.Drop point hunter is the best I can come up with.
Here's two Hubertus fixed blades that I own:One is a hunting dagger and the other a knicker knife with file work.Both were gifts directly from Germany so I don't know if they ever imported these.

very nice!!! I especially like what you called a knicker knife.... straight from the area of manufacture is definitely the way to get solingen steel.. Those are sweet Drop point Hunter is as close as it gets for now.... anything else would probably be the equivalent but in the German tongue which wears me out just trying to pronounce anything German... Thanks

Thanks Tim! The dimensions look right but mine doesn't have the gold blade etch. Both of those were gifts from a friend of mine who worked for Mercedes-Benz and made frequent trips to Germany. I used to stripe his cars and he would always pick me up a knife or two when he went to Germany. I've owned both of those for about 30 years now but they must have been expensive even then.

He also gave me a nice little Colonial fishtail switchblade that belonged to his grandfather.

Don't hurt yourself there basser it's obvious my knife is more along the lines of a peasant knife, So Drop point hunter is I am sure as close as we need to get with this one...Perhaps if it had some of that lovely German stag for the handle material this thread would have been more cared for... IMO this would be the econoline Hubertus (think case leather handled) and K7K was very polite in almost not pointing that out but after hearing the short and sweet history of Hubertus knives If I understood it correctly (had a couple mangos) Hubertus was like a Patron Saint of Hunting and was used by all of the Germanic knife companies producing Hunting /sportsmans knives. (did I partake in too many fruits as libations?) either I managed to learn something or once again I am WAAAYYYYY OFF TRACK. Someone once said "Tomorrow Never Knows" But When it comes to me Tomorrows just another RUDE awakening..............

Here's a Hubertus with your handle but the grind is a different. If you contact this seller with a picture of your knife they usually get back to you with information. Trying to contact Hubertus is like getting in touch with the man on the moon It's a heck of a way to run a railroad

Here's one with a handle like yours wazu but my work mate gave me this and said his friend had been using it as a trowel in his garden.
