Need help identifying pocket knife.

I recently purchased a pocket knife at the flea market and need help identifying it. I don't know anything about knives but I like collecting antiques & vintage stuff. It may belong to a cutlery club in NC but not sure. The handle is white not sure if it is pearl or some kind of bone. It has a picture of a ram and says U N Tarheels instead of UNC Tarheels. Written on the blade is The Heals USA or The Heal USA and the vendor told me that it is from the 60's. I hope someone can help me and will appreciate any info. Thank You!

Without a picture of the knife it's going to be nearly impossible for anyone to tell you much about it.
