Help identify this knife?

I recently picked this up at a garage sale, just thought it looked cool, It's a Rostfrei swiss army style knife and stamped Italy 13-920, I cannot find any information on this via google. Anyone have any idea on a date of manufacture or what the bird symbol on the handle represents? Thanks!

The figure molded into the handle appears to resemble the German Coat of Arms and "Rostfrei" is German for 'Rust Free' (Stainless Steel). Why it would have Italy stamped on the tang is a mystery to me.

it is a modern knife...maybe the germans were visiting italy again?
