Free knife for any first time poster

Post by PA Knives »

If you are a first time poster, trust me I can tell, "just look at your total near your name"

If you are, I want to give you an old knife to start your collecting off at Allaboutpocketknives.com

No name on this old girl, but a fine knife just the same. In GOOD condtion. ::tu::
Heck, I'll even pay the shipping. ::ds::

Don't worry gang, ::mdm:: there will be others for you to have too.

Just post your request here, first one wins. How's that for a GREAT knife site fellas?

Looks like we have a winner

Post by PA Knives »

Gang,

I wish I could send a knife to all of you. Good people on this site and I want to continue to see it grow with many more. I have learned a lot from this bunch and look forward to meeting each and every one of you someday.

Redfred is the winner, as he is new and just started posting. Please send me your address and I will mail it out.

Hope you enjoy and can spread the fun onto someone else someday.

Short story,

When I was a kid (40 years ago) I was in a sporting goods store (before the chain stores and things were personal) I bought a pocket knife (still have it) I was short on money and only 10 years old. A gentleman in the store saw that I was $1.76 short of the $10. 76 needed to purchase it. He gladly gave me the money and asked that someday I help another person enjoy pocket knives. I never forgot that and I am the first to help out a kid in a store that is short on cash to purchase something worthy. I know, kinda sappy, but hey it warms my heart and that is all that matters to me. I hope that others might do the same someday.

Have a great day
