Prayers for Sharon and family

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

Prayers for Sharon and family

Post by 313 Mike »

Hi all...I usually don't post over here, but do read through and send up prayers for those in need....
Early this morning after a long battle with cancer, my wife's mother died peacefully in her sleep. While we are grateful that her earthly struggles are over and she no longer has to suffer, we are sad at our loss....she leaves behind three grown children, a husband and a bunch of litttle grandkids, including my 10 year old son Samuel and 6 year old daughter Sofia Rose. It has been a long hard road through initial diagnosis, chemo, hospital stays, and finally hospice care, and she is finally at rest. For that we thank God. I'm asking for your prayers that she be welcomed into the arms of our departed loved ones....and that those of us that remain behind and feel her loss so deeply, especially the little ones, find the wisdom and strength to make it through and keep her memory alive and strong in our hearts.....she will be dearly missed. ::tear::

Thanks all,
Mike

Sounds like she had a hard struggle at the end, that's sad. That's tough when little ones are involved. Hopefully, she is at peace and your family will be able to get through this.

Prayers sent up, and condolences to your family.

Glenn
