Case XX 303 Throwing Knife ???

Case XX 303 Throwing Knife ???
I've found a old Case XX 303 Throwing knife with it's leather sheath it has been in storage for at least 23 years. I've dated the XX markings. Considering the age, it does not appear to be heavily worn. Can anyone tell me anything about the knife, I cannot find any reference to it???

According to Houston Price's Guide, your knife is pictured on page 193 (thirteenth edition) in the Case section. It says a 303 with a fiber handle and a "D" stamp, was made between 1934-1940. The same model with a "K" stamp, between 1940-1980. Neither knife seems particularly valuable, unfortunately, as the older is @$50, and the newer @$35. And those prices are hard to fetch, unless someone really wants the knife.
However, it's still a cool knife....
