I really like this knife....if the dates accurate...it’s the nicest I've seen of that era.

Hopefully one of our UK brothers can tell us more about it and if the description is accurate.

Looks like the main pin has been replaced. The era of the name is correct to the styling and the wear of blade and handle seem even and authentic. It probably is real or a rather old parts knife. Keep in mid that repairing broken knives was an accepted practice.
