Queen Fixed Blades

The Queen Cutlery Company manufactured knives in Titusville Pennsylvania for 96 years. The company opened its only factory there in 1919 and commenced to make some of the best US crafted cutlery you will find. Unfortunately, the Titusville manufacturing plant closed down in 2018.

I am a sucker for this Carved Stag Bone by Queen.

Queen Fixed 98 CSB Stag SS 4" blade 7 ¾" total

need some info on this,years? value? any help is appreciated as I am new to this and over my head!I do know it's a mod#75 which is etched on the blade.

Howdy Junebug, it only says Q steel down by the front bolster and Queen Steel # 75 half way up on the blade? ::shrug::bye the way hows yer weather in Visalia, I'm livin in the fog! ::tu::

hey shugy..... weather is hotter than 700 hellz man :mrgreen: 102-108 this week... ::dang::

i found this on the #75
if has BOTH- queen steel #75(etch) ........and
Q steel (tang stamp).........then the "winterbottom" handles are real bone...made "ABOUT" 1958-1960...AND BOOK FOR "MINT" is $75-$100 ::tu::

Nice to come back and see so new post here. I have not seen any of my knives yet. I think most of my QUEEN fixed blades are ok other than the smell of a fire.

I just bought my first Queen fixed blade and I'm impressed. The general finish is exceptional and the pattern suits me just fine. But this one will go to one of my brothers for Christmas, so I will only have it for a short while. I'll take plenty of pictures.
