Dogg, that is terrific - couple family history with a great old American knife - what could be better!

Thanx guys, this is my first whittler ::nod:: I never knew they configured the springs in that fashion love the two springs under the main blade ::ds::

Found this one yesterday, a 1981 (9 Dot) Case Scout knife, carbon steel. It has a little, light surface abrasion on the cap lifter, hard to see it in a photo, I think some light rubbing compound will buff it out.

Not often,I get off the GEC page ::hmm:: ____but I just received this pair of Canal Street Lockbacks,with matching serial numbers ( 09 of 25 )___handles are "'Brown Diamondback Rattler"" __ 5" Squeeze & 3 3/4" Pinch___ knives both lock up tight and the resin handles,sure let you get a firm grip on the knives____fit & finish is outstanding on both ::tu:: ___Monk :)
