Winchester flashight, Italian Pipe

I have 2 items that I found while looking for knives that I want to sell, one is an Italian made briar smoking pipe. It has not been smoked and is well made. The name on it is Mastro de paja, pictures attached.

The second item is an old Winchester Flashlight with what looks like a magnifying lens on top.
