Here's my EDC line up for chillin' & grillin' today. Set an extra place and leave an empty seat at your table today in memory of one who didn't come home!
Let's never forget what this Holiday is really all about.
At 15:00 hrs this afternoon please observe a moment of silence for those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Have a great day with family and friends but don't forget those who made it possible.

This 61ot is a recent pickup/trade from Aimus Moses. She's a keeper for sure. Been in the RFP since I got her.
Full blades, Great snap on all three. Perfect size for edc IMO.
Thanks Aimus

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Just back from 2 days backpacking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. For those who know the area, we climbed Mt. Madison via the Howker Ridge. It's one of the rougher, wilder parts of the northern Presidentials. Tough but gratifying. Spent the evening up just above treeline watching dusk settle in while thrushes and warblers talked back and forth to each other. The second day we able to drop our overnight packs and run to summit with light day packs. Just a light breeze and a few whispy clouds in the air. Really doesn't get any better than that in the Whites. This is the ridge we ascended with morning fog down in the valleys.

Carried this Buck 482, which I'm finding to be an ideal backpacking knife. Ounces add up to pounds, pounds affect your speed in the mountains and, as Chouinard said, "Speed is safety". I also carried my new Opinel #10 as a secondary knife. It's too big for comfortable pocket carry while on the move. The 482 is easy-breezy and up to any task I can think of for this kind of mountain travel. Also had a Leatherman Squirt in the 1st aid kit and my bud needed to use it for the scissor to fix up some moleskin for his heels. I hate multitools but the Squirt earns it's way into the kit.

Plenty good for what you use the pictures for dogg. Not like you're going to be printing out 20"x30" pictures.

this is my current edc, it's a FRIEDR. OLBERTZ stockman with ebony scales. in addition to the 3 blades it has a tweezer and tooth pick cleverly concealed in the bottom of the handle.

Nice one Doorman - not a maker I have seen before, but it looks very well made.
