620311...Easy Pocket Courthouse Whittler

Post by carvin don »

I like this pattern, and wondered if any of the dealers here might know if GEC plans to do more runs on this fine little whittler?

Hey Don, how's it going?

Have any pictures of a 620311 or who makes/made it? Thanks.

John

Hey John, good to hear from you,

Here is a link to a stock photo/specs direct from GEC's website...http://greateasterncutlery.net/blog/wp- ... rnet31.png ... They introduced this pattern April of last year, and I was hoping they would re-introduce it. Seems they did not have too many runs on this pattern? Maybe not much interest in it? Not sure, but it would be nice to see it offered again.

Hope you are doing well.

Nice Stag there Big Monk ::tu:: and thanks for the link... I have three 620311's , Garnet, Coconut Palm and a Fools Gold (compliments of 'On Edge.') I also have a couple two blade versions 620211.

I was just wondering if they would come out with more of 'em, different bone handles and such. Maybe down the road...

No idea if they plan to make more. I only have one, which is "Genuine Stag", only 8 were made, numbered 2 to 9:

It is a nice pattern. They could have just skipped all the French Kate's and made more of these ;-)
