Hey Johnny Twoshoes, received the box today. Got a Buck 371 and a large I want to say souvenir knife as I wouldn't classify it as a tactical folder(China). Offered the souvenir knife to my coworker, but he said no thanks ::shrug:: .

Thanks again Johnny Twoshoes.

Well Jeff, I don't know how you did it, but your POS (actually two POS's) arrived with no packaging at all. What did you do feed it to a pidgeon and send him my way?? Anyway, was out in the back yard and noticed my poor old dog rolling in something and thought to myself, "self, what is your old dog rolling in?" Went over to her and when I could finally coax her away using a T-bone steak this is what I found:

What we have there is one HUGE pidgeon turd ::uc:: and an even nastier Colonial electrician's knife, believe it's a TL-69, smells like it anyway. Jeff, this is exactly what makes this thread what it is today...........A POS!!! ::groove:: ::groove:: I hope I get your name next time ::tu:: ::tu::

I hope you can find a good place for that Buck to get a little work and I equally hope that you can find a good lake for that big ol' ugly. ::tu::

My fellow Kentuckian, T.J. Murphy sent me part of his fine cutlery collection. Here's the floaters he "generously" shared with me.....

Beginning at the top and moving clockwise are the following;

A Stag Ireland made camper special with spear blade, can opener, fork and spoon.

A tactical linerlock with no tang stamps sporting beautiful BLUE bolsters, and some of the prettiest plastic handles I've seen all day.

A three lined Camillus scout utility knife with the ultra streamlined no handles modification that makes it lightweight and perfect for those long hikes in the wilderness. (I've got plans for this one already!)

A Prov. R.I. stamped watch fob knife that walks and talks. This one comes with tippped bolsters, faux stag/bone handles and a chain connecting a medallion from the Quartermasters Museum in Ft. Lee Virginia. (Sunday go to meeting knife here folks)

Thanks T.J. :mrgreen:

Fresh in from NashVegas!!!

Well Perry, you actually put some thought into the pooh. Here's a Jimmy Carter "Mr. Peanut" 1976, USA stamped with the old Georgia rebel state flag and all. A keychain/Bottle opener attached to a china multi with the Early Times logo. The only thing missing is a cold one and someone to talk about the good old days and what a piece of crap the chinese stuff is ::tu::

I took the liberty to add the peanuts. I mean what good god fearing Georgia boy doesn't have some peanuts on hand?

Thanks Perry

There is now a BioHazard sticker on my Po Box with appropriate warnings for the adjacent neighbors. I am hunkered down anticipating incoming.
