A great eastern distributor gave me this knife that a customer had complained was defective. unfortunately i did'nt photo the terrible sharpening job done by this customer. the small blade had the bevel on one side so uneven the edge had been bent over & chipped. this fellow complained very rudely & vulgarly that gecs were junk. i touched up the small blade removing the chips & getting the bevels equal to shaving sharp . followed by using edge pro to 6000 grit polish on clip blade. hope the pics show the mirror bevel with the homogenity of the edge confirming a great correct heat treat. before you kick a dog it's a good idea to look at yourself in a mirror.--HiPower
