It is an old pre-1969 Case 9261 pattern pen knife with spear & cuticle blades made with CV carbon steel. Handles are imitation pearl. Measures 2 7/8" closed. It is in fantastic condition as you can see by the pictures below. ::woot::

Jerry will be sending this off to the winner following the drawing. His work schedule is very hectic, so it may not ship immediately, but the winner will receive it in due time. ::tu::

My pleasure Gents!

I am the same age as the knife although I don't look as minty as it does.

Just to add a bit of info from memory from what I have read...

I recall this is is only Case Post WW2 pattern to have a cuticle blade. Also, i think the 9261 was discontinued in 1973. Either way, she is a sweet and pretty knife.

Glad to donate it in a small show of appreciation for the site (Thanks much Brian!!!), all your input on my posts, PMs and such. Great group of people we have here. Glad to be a part of it.

Regards, Jerry

Sorry if there is some confusion.

Bryan's contest, I just donated the knife. Never even looked at the rules or the winner, redferd, until I saw the latest posts. Just trying to give Bryan a chance to repond and send me the shipping info as he said he would. I'm sure he is busy as I have been. Can't ship the knife till Friday anyway.

redferd,

Send me your shipping address and I will ship Friday.
