I came to this site because I have an old Case xx pocket knife I cannot identify for myself.
It measures with blades folded @ 4" and middle is at 3/8" high, 1/4" thick. Bottom is bowed. The case xx marking I believe is from 40's-60's. The number is worn down but I can make out a few numbers that start at 625, and i believe something is stamped under this number and I think there is the letter U. Case side is brown and reverse side is black. Any help with what it is worth would be appreciated too. Thanks

Reminds me of a 6252 ..... or is it a 62052 ????? ... two bladed congress pattern, but they were a little shorter than 4 inches I thought.
Maybe Steve or some of the other members will come in shortly to help you figure it out.

Thank you for the welcome, I have studied a lot of knives on here today and have become a bit smarter!
