Doug, that mini-copperhead looks like it's about the same size as the peanut. How long is it closed? Love the Wharncliffe blade.

Thanks Jerry. The mini is 3 1/8" closed, which makes it just 1/4" longer than the peanut closed. The main blades are almost identical in length, with the clip of the peanut measuring just 1/16" longer than the wharncliffe.

Even though the mini is a single spring, it is only slightly thinner than the peanut (0.3125" vs. 0.375" of the peanut).

Sweet knife Caleb! ::drool::

I love this one after having it with me all day today for the first time. I really dig this knife. I have been into GEC's mostlty the last year or so but this Case blows most of them away! Tony Bose knows how to design a knife. Case hit the nail on the head with this one, its quickly becoming my favorite and its my EDC as I write. It also cost less than the last 12 GEC's I bought. I still love GEC's but this Case knife was like a old friend returning. Anyone get what Im saying????

Gino, there have only been 3 knives in my life that have really blown me away as a new knife. One is my Northwoods made Cotton Sampler 1 of 7 Tortoise, then a custom made Bruce Bump HJ that Charlie got at the show last week and finally a Tony Bose Jack that Sunburst had gotten a few years ago. You can not beat the quality! ::tu:: ::tu::
I've been switchin back and forth between these Jacks, Schrade Cut/Ulster and the Shapleigh Hardware

I'm not sure, singin. It was in my grandfathers "knife drawer" when he passed. Of course the knife drawer was left to me. I cleaned it up and found one hair-line crack across the bone on the back side of the handle. Other than that it is in perfect usable condition with good snap and half-stops on both blades. As you can see the only tang stamp on the knife is CASE over XX which dates it between 1940 and 1964 but I haven't nailed down the exact model number yet. It matches up well with the 62035 1/2 patterns pictured in my books but how can I be certain?

Absolutely! I speak that language. You have corrupted me though. I'm adding a new carry to my line up as well but going in the other direction right now. You've got me hooked on GEC. This White Owl looked good in the pics but when I got it in my hand I was completely taken with it's feel, fit, and finish. It will ride in the LF pocket today while I give the Victorinox SAK a breather.

I have this one set out with my monkey suit for "Sunday-go-to-meeting" duty tomorrow. It's a veteran that has been with me for about 16 or 17 years.

In between knife reviews of pocket clip knives (Kershaw Clash and SOG TWITCH II) this Camillus EDC makes it on my pocket lip.

Yeah, nothing. I tried to be very careful when I cleaned it but if there was ever anything there, wear and rust have erased it.
