Pity about the steel they chose on that Hartkopf.....

I really like the cap lifter on a two-bladed knife....I posted pics of a couple of mine recently. That Hartkopf is a beauty.

Thanks for the link Dave. Unk, those are awesome - just love that Camillus!!
The Scout? Thanks, I like it too!! They (5 blade version with phillips screwdriver) seem to be less common than some of the other patterns - but I see them once in a while - been trying to get another one but the last while they've been out of my budget range.Again, I'm digging that camillus.

Thanks, Smokepole.
I've never heard of Hartkopf knives before, but I just found this site that lists quite a few. Looks like they have some really nice, usable configurations.....(I have no affiliation with the site.....or any other for that matter
)

Great looking knife Perry - those old, worn bone scales just do it for me!
This here is for Dave (Pinnah) - my current EDC is the Camillus Boy Scout I posted a few pages back - and I made a comment on the back not being worked of fully - well, here it is (excuse the dirty hands - it's honestly earned!!

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Gino, these Bose knives are what Case used to make in quality around 50 years ago.
Sad though that you can only get a new, quality Case nowadays if you buy a TB.

You hit the nail on the head with that statement! The price was really good on this one thats why I jumped on it. Its only my second Bose and I really love them both.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Two small Case knives today, one SS the other CV. The peanut is a manistay. I also have the mini copperhead today in an attempt to convince myself that this one is sufficient, that I do not need another knife of this size/style.
