Well i got a new one in the pocket! Its an EDC in that I haven't put it down since I got it in the mail about two weeks ago, but so far all I've used it for is a pocket mirror. Anybody else have that problem? You get a knife thats so nice you don't want to use it, but you can't stand not to have it on you.

Yep! I'm experiencing that same feeling right now with my new Tidioute trapper. I had some boxes to open at work yesterday and reached for it.............stopped myself.........and reached in the front pocket for my SAK!
I'm going to have to break the ice at some point.

Can't impart the character and uniqueness of beausage (beauty that only comes from usage) until you scar them in some way.
I've become a 2 knife person this year. I prefer big lockers but folks around me often don't. My Old Timer 5OT has taken up more or less permanent residence in my PDA/eye glass holster while big locker of choice is in my RFP. Today, it's my newly buffed up and shiny 112.
The 5OT, which is nowhere near pristine and the more lovely for it.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
I have too much stuff in the bottom of my pockets (lighters, cutters, SAK) to drop another knife down there just to carry it. I always have one clipped on my pocket, some sort of assisted open or one hand opening knife, but still want to carry other knives.
I devised a way to carry my re-handled Imperial Easy Open knife with a paracord/lanyard.
So this is what's in my belt sheath today!

Hey Charlie, thanks man! I'm carryin the Soddy Jr today that JoeDirt built me although I haven't loaded the pic yet.
Doug, that Tidioute is very nice!
I sure like the setup on that Imperial EO with the lanyard.
You know it's funny,
here in Nashville, we use those old Crown Royal bags to cover mics when not being used.

Thanks.
Charlie I had this White Owl for sale on another board but no one bit. So, if you don't mind a spear blade, let me know when you're ready and I may be willing to part with it.
