Fine, aged ingredients!!

Post by upnorth »

Take one nicely made carbon steel Harness Jack, designed to be as close as possible to a 1911 model Schatt and Morgan knife; add some 50 year old Sambar Stag salvaged from an long retired-Henckels repairman. Stir with a young knife maker with a burning desire to do good work, and you come up with this!!
