Graef & Schmidt Bone Stockman Question

I have already posted this knife in another thread under finds of the day with several other that I picked up in a group. Sorry for the repost, but I think it should have been posted here in the first place.

It's a Graef & Schmidt bone handled stockman. Here's what I looked it up in "Levine's Guide..." the best that I can decipher it dates either from between 1940-1952 for Welkut. However, the guide says if made for Welkut it was made in USA, this one is marked Germany. There were earlier knives made in USA/Germany for Henckels between 1883-1948. So I am confused on that note. I have also done a advanced search on ebay and found nothing like it that has recently sold to get a general value.

Does anyone have one of these and know it's value? Am I correct with the dating being between 1940-1952?

Goins has that tang marking first used in 1923 and in 1952 they changed the name of the Co. to just Welkut, so I think you are just about right on with the dating. Its a great old knife but the condition of the blades kills any real value it would have had. I think its a cool knife
