Earl, you got the whole set! They are beautiful … I only picked up the Ebony and the Osage … those were my 2 favorites too … seein' em all together makes me think maybe I shoulda sprung for all 4 … very nice! … ::tu::

Very nice, Earl! Too bad those Osage 85s are gone. I would love to have one since my dad's mom is Osage native American.

I'm with you on that, IM. That would be very cool.

I also have a couple of the 66 "Minks" which are basically small-framed muskrats. That pattern also makes for a very nice, well-balanced little knife.

I have always liked the 73s, 53s, and 54s, but I am really starting to appreciate the 66s more and more ... ::nod::

I had my heart set on one of those osage orange woods, those dads came & went so fast....I hadn't realized the osage & bubinga had even been made available. ::dang::

Man Earl, that Osage or "Boisdarc" wood handles are screamin at me since I'm from East Texas! First tree my dad ever let me cut down was one. I think he was laughin at me the whole time I was tryin to chop it down with an ax. ::facepalm:: We always called it yella wood.

Perry.......an ax!! LOL I saw some reclaimed fence posts out of this stuff,50 years old, like petrified wood :shock:
