dating marbles trailmaker knife

howdy, just curious if someone would give me an approximate date on this old knife. it has 12 spacers on each end and a 3 line stamp. thanks. tex

tex, welcome to aapk ! ! ! And that is a sweet looking leather w/ stag butt fixed blade you have there. ::drool:: Dating is more based on the "A" in "MARBLES" than the spacers on the handle. The cross part of the "A" hooks to the left and that is a tell-tale way to date your knife. Unfortunately I don't have my Marbles book with me right now. But someone else might be along shortly, if not I'll get back to you. ::tu::

looks like the 1911-1930 mark to me, used alot on their longer blade knives of that peroid
