That is a pretty knife. I like the ones with one blade on each side.
I measure my collection by the ton.

Kathy, I remember thinking, as I was Coon-fingering and Chicken-eyeing your collection at the Queen show, that "this girl has the Knife-eye!".
You still have it - that's a rare and beautiful example!

Dave
Dave,
It was shipped pretty quickly! Right now, I have plenty of time to scan some knives. I had my foot operated on a week ago & I am sitting around the house.
I understand how you feel though... I know several of the knives I have bid on... have ended up in the collections of other AAPK members.
Sorry
Kathy

I know though, that your knife collection puts ours to shame. Bret & I were both honored that you took the time to look at some of what we have gathered up.
It was really a pleasure to meet you. Hopefully, the next time you make it to Western PA, we can meet up again.

Bret told me what it was. It was a picture of TripleF, he thinks, on the search page, but the search results must have changed since Jerry posted.Miller Bro`s wrote:What is it Jerry?jerryd6818 wrote:Scroll down a little over half way and see if you see anything that looks familiar.

The old Schatts with real stag are very rare and you also have a rare pattern. Bring out some more.

Re: Vintage Schatt & Morgans
Believe me David if I had any more Stag I would "trot em out" (I never have been shy) as a matter of fact I'm just about to the end of what I can share. But I have a feeling that you have a few more in your magnificent collection to share!! (hint, hint)nifbuf wrote:The old Schatts with real stag are very rare and you also have a rare pattern. But here is a dogleg jack that gets regular use, at 3 7/16" closed, she just feels right in the hand. Dave
