Not sure the best place to post this but I participated in a Marble's Outdoor Outfitters auction yesterday and won a few things. The first is an 11" #5 pocket safety ax which I think was made around WWII. I also picked up a fairly clean Expert fixed blade with a leather spacer handle and composite pommel & decent sheath, a well used stag Ideal fixed blade with aluminium pommel & what's left of a sheath and an 18" fish gaff. I wanted to pick up a lot of other items but my pockets are only so deep.
The top items were a second generation folding safety knife with the black bobcat and quail grips, some vintage fish knives with rare leather sheaths, a #3 second generation safety ax with hare and hound black grips & a rare leather sheath and a sectioned 40" fish gaff.
Can't wait to see the postman!
