Unknown Pen Knife...Help With I.D....Please

I got this small little pen knife out a tackle box. Anyone recognize it. On the tang of the blade it has a circle with 2 arrows crossing in the middle. Here are a couple of pictures, the knife is about 3-4 in long.

In Levine's guide 4, it's listed as China Light Ind. Prod. Imp. & Export. Arrows (two) crossed, in circle is listed on page 39.

Noooooooooooooo way, I just scored a knife with the same stamping.
