I can never decide if I should post my latest here or in 'Knife Finds Of The Day'.

Oh well, this is as good as any. Bought this little Winchester USA Peanut of eBay a few weeks ago and finally got around to taking pictures. I noticed the shield is crooked and the tang stamp is almost non-existent but never thought much about it until now. After I took my pictures this morning, I noticed in the tang stamp picture, it looks like the tang stamp has been ground off. Factory second because of the cocky-biased shield???

The Yello-Jaket is perfect. Looks like the day it came off the assembly line.

It is small. I don't get excited about small knives. The only reason I bought it was because it's late '80s or early '90s Winchester USA and the price seemed right.

I wouldn't mind having one or two more Senators. That's about as small Is I'm comfortable going.

You may not care for advertising knives but wait until you see the Coke 72 I've got coming.

I've been on a #72 kick lately and picked up this Camillus last weekend. I'm pretty pleased with it except for the radial cracks around the mark side scale pins.

Monk, love the Blood Red 'pick. I prefer the slender traditional toothpick blade as well … I've been workin on a couple little GEC collections - a toothpick and a congress , but as usual, no pics yet …

Perry, that's a sweet little sleeveboard - that style spear works really well on that frame - a solid little carry knife for sure. ::tu::

Here's a little number I picked up last week - a Scagel Wharnie fruit knife in Ram's Horn … I'm kinda likin' it …

Thanks Perry!

Monk, as far as I can tell, that's the Scagel version of a nail nick. It does make it much easier to open, and while she's slender, the spring is still pretty stout … works well.

I've started to warm up to the Scagel / Northwoods knives lately …
