First 2 of the new year. #73 Farmer Jack with River Valley Green scales and a #65 Red Wine Ben Hogan. The #73 has one of the nicest spey blade's I've seen and I'm really liking the long clip on the #65.

The barlow is "white" bone, and the 73 is stabilized interior mammoth ivory. :D

Muskrat Man went through that knife for me. He does beautiful work!

Look for more GEC reworks from him in the near future. I will be selling a few here and there on occasion. He is working on a 73L, 72 spear, and a Ben Hogan for me right now. They will be stag with no filework. I'm also considering letting go of a 72 clip in elephant ivory... but it's so damn purty. ::teary_eyes:: More in ivory and fossilized ivory coming in a few months. ::hmm:: I intend to have a long relationship with him; look in my AAPK store or my on-line store in the future.

Barry,

Thank you Sir, I thought he might be the man. He also a couple of mine I sent off that he will get around to in time, One for repair, One for ? I don't know just yet. I have one in mind for that type of file work though. The older knife is for repair. Can't say if he will do the file work for me until I ask on the other, But it does happen to be a GEC. This is the first time I've ever sent him anything but we all know its very difficult to beat the work he does. I have to thank AAPK especially you Barry for showing off all of those awesome knives. I'm confident I will be pleased with Results... ::handshake:: When they do come back I'll be sure to post them both.

What a start to the weekend............... ::ds:: ::ds::

Perry, that is one beautiful knife. The scales are just amazing and that shield is one of my favorites. Just a very nicely "balanced" knife.
And of course, pinched and threaded is always the icing … … Nice score.

Here is one that I wasn't even in the market for, but I saw the handles and couldn't resist …

I use to have an imaginary friend named Jim. He could do anything. He ran off with some chick a few years ago. I get letters from him from time to time. Think he lives in Reno now. Oh yeah Earl, I posted them here along with the older versions Charlie designed.
