has this blade been welded

this case tested is on ebay and this blade looks to me as if it's been welded. Anybody have an opinion?

It's been cleaned but not likely welded. The pitting and blade wear are too consistent.
I measure my collection by the ton.
Whoever dies with the most tools wins......Now accepting donations.

For what its worth I definately agree with IH. If you want to see a welded blade I can show you a good example of an obvious one.
