I got 3 displays in the mail today. Messing around with some of my GEC groups, hard to
get a decent photo though.

Outstanding collection, Trevor!! I wouldn't display 'em for any length of time with stress on the backsprings, but i'd love to see a pic of them displayed with the blades open. Even if it was just long enough to get the shot. ::tu::

Thanks Jerry, this is my first one I hope I can find some more at a affordable price. I have always been intrested in the Hawbakers. I used to trap often and these knives fit into trapping, thats what got me interested in them.

I only have one, a Robeson but you can bet if I were a man whose money was wearing a hole in his pocket, I'd have more.

Got this S&Z in today, it is a real nice HOK. Full blades, perfect scales, good action, right size, almost black patina that beads water. Very nifty.

got this one in the mail today. Whats left of the main blade has the Case Tested XX stamp. Ive been told its a 31 pattern jack. THe bone scale on the back side has been replaced and the jigging pattern is a little different, but i really like the shape of whats left of the blade. Nice heafty handle with a sharp stub point of a blade. This old boy is gonna spend his retirement happily whittling sticks to a stubby little point just like the blade.
