Primbles made for Bluegrass....

Colonial made the first ones with the Mayville KY stamp.

Queen made 36 patterns, 200 of each in 1995

Utica/Kutmaster made quite a few

Camillus made some in the last few years.

The one that Dale posted, I am pretty sure was made by Camillus.
