Identify the picture win a Schrade money clip and hat.
I am attaching a picture of a building related to Knife history ( ie lore ). I am offering a prize of one new old stock Schrade hat and a 100th year new old stock Schrade money clip. All that is needed is for the one who identifys it first ( if they want the items ) to advise me of where to send it to. ) When this is over I will add more information to the thread. Good luck to anyone with an interest. If indeed anyone does have an interest. Winer judged by the first correct posting. LT

No to all so far but actually I have those pics somewhere. However I am not digging around to find them it is snowing like it was December the fire is going, my St Paddys day trip to Foxwoods is cancelled after spending the week stocking and getting the now snow covered RV ready. I am now depending on what agency you might be familiar with in DEF CON 5 or Full Lockdown Mode. Waiting for the next thaw. Keeping trying you will be surprised when you know the answer. PS Venison steaks and Crown it could be worse, LT PPS Funny woofer that you mentioned the money clip, I was just putting some things back since I will have to wait a while to donate to the indians. However This is a money clip I had made to order some years back I carry an emergency grand in it. Just in case I go broke or need a last bet. I call it my case ace . In fact I only had it on me because I was going to the casino and was about to put it away when I read your post. Alot of card players often have an emergency case ace tucked away ( most have a lot more in them ). George Burns always had a similar stash and used to joke how his wife Gracie used to remind him to take his cigars and emergency money so that he could get back home. He was a Gin Rummy player. Of course Maverick ( James Garner) used to have a 1000 dollar bill pinned to his shirt. Now the bill in good condition could be worth more than the 1000 face value. In fact in the case of my money clip it is worth more that the 1000 dollars in it. One guy I knew used to keep his in a little cigarette tobacco cloth pouch ( which is how loose tobacco to roll cigarettes used to come ) pinned in his underwear. He used to say they might get the shirt off my back but they will have to kill me to get in my drawers. He called his stash his makings ( which was the old term used for tobacco when you rolled your own cigarettes .) no the only one offered is the original Schrade one I posted with no money. You see this is how I veer off the subject of knives and I was trying to be so good the last couple of days. Oh Well.

That money clip is a real beauty LT.
When I used to be a "Racetrack Rat"...we kept our action money in some type of personalized clip, or a front pocket wallet...right front. But, the "Stash" was all large bills, in the left front pocket, in a rubber band. When someone decided to "Steam" a horse (just like poker), we called it "Takin' off the Rubberband."
I too have drifted off topic in your thread
...and I apologize. I'll have to speak with a Moderator, I'm sure.

No Bill Press button was part of Walden knife so it was in there factory . However it did start in Brooklyn when G Schrade converted his patent prototype business to Press Button production however that is not the answer. Randy sorry even though you me and the Duke will not be wronged in this case you are wronged or I guess just wrong is more appriopriate. Sorry guys you are all going to kick yourselves in fact several points have been made which should give the direction but they were incorrectly used. In any event do not give up you are all close. In the mean time this is the worst damn storm in several years. It was 70 degrees the last couple of days ( grass on the lawn ice all gone). Literaly since it started snowing this afternoon there is at least 15 to 20 inchs on the ground. It is still storming. If I do not make it the hats are downstairs in the left cuboard in the display with all the printing stamps. ( so that the winner gets his prize ) Whiskey is dangerously low ( now in gallons instead of kegs ). Will try to hold on as long as possible. Beer supply is ok for a day or two luckily I just bought 5 thirty packs. Lots of steak and bambi bratwurst also shrimp and lobster tails. Just about out of potatoes must eat lobster instead. Wish me luck I may have to hook the two cats to a sled if I cannot dig out . LT
