"Buyers Premium"?? On ebay.....that's a crock!!!!

180093421731 Check out this item ##, nice redbone XX 6318 that I would like to have, but how does ebay allow this seller to add a buyers premium?? (20%) That kinda gets under my skin, I've never saw that crap on ebay.

that is common at live auctions. this knife is not being sold on ebay per say, but is being auctioned live at some time, probably with non ebay bidders as well..
