no, the shears are not marked...odd isn't it...they fit the leather perfect, but not one mark on the metal.

Reason I ask, is that, I have seen these shears before and they were either made in Japan or by a company like Imperial.

well, i went over the shears with a 10x, not a mark of any sort...
the shears were well made, but lightweight...
plastic scales, not derlin or cell...honest to god plastic, a brownish colored.
who knows...the guy did not want to sell them...
he does want me to sell his 25-35 Winchester model 94...
a 1907 serial number...this thing was well used, he said he shot a bunch of ground squirrels, until the ammo became scarce...
the shears were well made, but lightweight...
